I lead and mentor the operations team to ensure seamless daily performance and uphold Tiffany’s brand standards. As a key holder and manager on duty, I provide operational leadership that drives sales and supports exceptional client experiences. I oversee all back-of-house functions, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandising, while maintaining strong inventory accuracy through DART Datascan audits. As Vault Controller, I manage the secure handling and reconciliation of high-value merchandise and ensure accurate financial procedures and cash deposits. I coordinate shipments through multiple carriers, maintain detailed records for special orders and repairs, and train team members on procedures, compliance, and client service excellence.

I operated within the historic Tiffany Landmark store on Fifth Avenue, delivering exceptional client experiences in one of the brand’s most prestigious locations. I managed a two-million-dollar client portfolio by applying personalized service strategies and maintaining consistent, thoughtful communication. My focus on deepening client relationships strengthened long-term loyalty and increased overall spend. The team executed brand best practices by optimizing hospitality and leveraging store amenities to create memorable, bespoke experiences for every client. I actively reviewed and responded to TEl insights and client feedback to enhance service standards and ensure continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Operations Professional
I collaborate with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales growth and maximize profitability. I support operations that consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. I execute daily responsibilities such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers with accuracy and efficiency to enhance the client experience and overall store performance. I maintain the highest standards in jewelry care and repair intake to uphold brand integrity and client satisfaction. I analyze and reconcile inventory through regular system audits and reporting, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure precision and operational excellence.
Tiffany Cares.
During the 2022 holiday season, Christian led the Tiffany Cares Volunteer Program, coordinating a meaningful community outreach initiative. During this time, Christian identified an after-school program in Brownsville, TN, called the Scott Street Community Center, as the beneficiary of the store’s efforts.
Christian organized a successful in-store drive that collected generous donations of food, water, interactive games, school supplies, sanitation essentials, warm clothing, and friendship bracelets for all the children at the center. Christian also visited the center in person to meet with the kids one-on-one, answer their questions, and share what it is like working at Tiffany & Co., creating a memorable and inspiring experience.
